About Our Staff...
Jim Sullivan - President and Senior Account Manager has over 25 years
of recruiting and placement experience working with professionals in the
engineering, technical and managerial fields. He specializes in client
account management and development and recruiting and placement of
mechanical, electrical and chemical engineers as well as, management
professionals in our core industries. Jim has also worked as a company
recruiter for a $5 billion consumer packaged goods company.
Jason Sullivan - Sr. Technical Recruiter and Account Manager.
Recruiting career began in the early 1990's. His expertise covers all
engineering and management disciplines for our chemical processing and
consumer packaging clients but he focuses on recruiting and placement of engineers
and supervisory talent, primarily degreed engineers, for our consumer
packaged products, food and chemical ingredients clients.
James Sullivan - Technical and Management Recruiter - Began his career
in recruiting after his military experience in the U.S. Air Force. He focuses
on recruiting and placement of engineers and supervisory talent, primarily
degreed engineers, for our consumer products, pharmaceutical, food and
chemical processing clients.
James was also in place as a company recruiter for our $5 Billion
consumer packaged goods client in 2005 and 2006 working mainly on corporate
supply chain and planning roles.
Mindi Segretto - Our research and information specialist. She works on
a variety of projects with candidates and is the main contact with our
network affiliates.
