Jim Sullivan – President and Senior Account Manager has over 40 years of recruiting and placement experience working with professionals in the engineering, technical and managerial fields. He specializes in client account management and development, as well as, recruiting and placement of mechanical, electrical and chemical engineers and management professionals in our core industries. Jim has also worked as a contract recruiter for a $5 billion consumer packaged goods company so has experience on both sides of the recruiting desk.
Jason Sullivan – Sr. Technical Recruiter and Account Manager. Recruiting career began in the early 1990’s. His expertise covers all engineering and management disciplines for our chemical processing, food ingredients, consumer packaged products, foods and plastics converting clients.
James Sullivan – Sr. Technical / Management Recruiter and Account Manager – Began his career in recruiting with us in 1998 after his military experience as a technician in the U.S. Air Force. He focuses on recruiting and placement of engineers, supervisory and supply chain talent, (primarily degreed engineers), for our consumer products, pharmaceutical, food and chemical processing clients. James was also in place as a contract recruiter for our $5 Billion consumer packaged goods client in 2005 and 2006 working mainly on corporate supply chain and planning roles.
Jon Sullivan – Sr. Technical / Management Recruiter and Account Manager – joined us in 2010 after 14 years in the construction industry as a general contractor / subcontractor until the housing market declined. He specializes in recruiting engineering, manufacturing management and technical talent for clients in the chemical processing, metals and consumer packaged goods industries. Jon works on many diverse positions from entry level through plant managers and all points in between.
